Eban M. Milmeister has been practicing law in Nevada since 2001. Prior to law school, he served as a regional manager for a national company contracted with Simon Property Group, overseeing operations at Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Fashion Show Mall, and Las Vegas Premium Outlets.
Mr. Milmeister’s litigation practice focuses on defending insurance companies and their insureds in third-party and first-party cases. He also represents corporate clients in contractual disputes, collections, and landlords in tenant disputes and eviction matters.
Outside of work, Mr. Milmeister enjoys traveling, fishing, off-roading, and spending time with his family.
