Jason C. Barron is a Las Vegas native with more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation, specializing in personal injury defense and plaintiff representation. His practice focuses on complex tort litigation, catastrophic injury claims, negligent security cases, and trial advocacy.
With a foundation in commercial litigation, Jason trained under some of Nevada's leading litigators before concentrating his practice on personal injury and civil defense. He has extensive first-chair trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, securing multiple seven-figure results for injured clients and successfully defending high-exposure liability claims.
Jason's experience encompasses all stages of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, expert depositions, dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appellate proceedings before the Nevada Supreme Court.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Jason earned his undergraduate degree with High Honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he received the Greenspun School of Communications Scholarship Award.
Outside of his legal practice, Jason is an accomplished musician and professionally recorded artist who has performed throughout Nevada and California. He enjoys athletics, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and remains involved in the community through the Notre Dame Alumni Association and his past volunteer work with Nevada youth literacy programs.
